Starting from a central focual point, Chris again pulls paint to the edges of the canvas, while retaining their independence at their starting points. In other areas he pulls away colors, unearthing what lies beneath. Differences in the amount of pressure applied have varying impacts. "Earth" gives off a sense of grounding.
