"On the Vine" gives off nighttime garden vibes. The abstract flowers pop off the dark blue sponged canvas. Flicked bits of white spread almost like watercolor, and small beads of glittering silver and gold balance it out. It was a fun piece to paint and experiment with, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. I did not start with the intention of flowers, but that's what appeared as I channeled inner expression.
